Most of the plans, 3-view, and 4-view drawings listed here have been scanned
and posted from my personal collection vintage model aircraft magazines such as
Air Trails, American Modeler, and American Aircraft Modeler.
Occasionally, I will run across something relevant in vintage editions Popular Electronics,
Popular Science, and some of the other model aviation magazines from the U.S. and
Europe.
With a few exceptions, I try to post only material from publications that are
no longer in print, so you will not find any articles from the Academy of Model
Aeronautics' current Model Aviation magazine, for example. I strongly encourage
you to contact original sources like the
AMA Plans
Service if possible for building copies of plans since they rely on sales to
support their efforts in promoting model aviation.
The following list is of models that have been posted on the Airplanes and Rockets
website already. As time permits, I will be glad to scan and post one for you.
I recommend doing a Search (Ctrl + F) on this page to find what you're looking
for rather than looking through the list.
